1. Injection Quills Crystal Industrial Offers Injection Quills for Injecting Sour Water and Other Chemicals into the reactors or the pipelines of the Oil & Gas and Refinery business. The Injection Quills offered are Fixed, Retrievable and Retractable types. Crystal has the capability of manufacturing Injection Quills with Inconel/ Hastelloy/Monel cladded / Weld Overlayed Pipes from 5" to 36" dia. The special Forgings developed by Crystal are in exotic metals like Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel etc. are proved with Corrosion Tests like IGC & G28 Test A and B.
   
   
2. Cladded/Weld Overlayed Pipes, fittings (Elbows and Tee), Tube Sheets and Flanges Crystal Offers Cladded / Weld Overlayed Pipes from 3 " to 42" dia with cladding / weld overlay in Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Stainless Steel Grade 410, 316 L and other Nickel based alloys. The Special Purpose Welding Machines like ETR welding machines, Pipe Cladding machines are developed to deliver precision in weld overlay process. The Team of Metallurgista and Welding engineers backs these machines for the correct technical parameters in the cladding process.
   
   
3. Cladded Pressure Vessels Cladded Pressure vessels of carbon steel, low alloy steel with cladding in austenitic stainless steel, and high alloy materials such as Inconel®, Incolloy®, Hastealloy® with vessels of up to 320 m³ volume, thicknesses of up to 50 mm, columns upto 4m diameter can be designed and manufactured by Crystal Industrial at its factory at Taloja located near Mumbai.
