TYPE 910 SCRUBBER
The type 910 Ejector-Venturi Scrubber provides the scrubbing action and produces the system draft. The system can be provided with a type 911 or 912 Ejector-Venturi Scrubber to take advantage of the special features of these units.
TYPE 946 SEPARATOR TANK
The Type 946 Separator has sufficient liquid retention for the proper operation of the system. The tank has as standard features a drain, pump suction, make-up liquid, overflow connection, and an access manhole.
MIST ELIMINATOR
The Mist Eliminator consists of a mesh type (soluble contaminants) or a chevron vane type (particulate emission) entrainment separator device. Both are vertical, up-flow, and are removable for cleaning. Impact baffle or cyclonic separator are optionally available.
RECIRCULATION PUMP
This system is provided with a centrifugal pump for the recirculation of the scrubbing liquid.
RECIRCULATION PIPING
The system has pump suction and discharge piping, with pump isolation valves and a pressure gauge as standard. Additional valves for pump-off, pressure control, and system wash-down can be provided. Auxiliary components such as heat exchangers, pH instrumentation, level instrumentation, etc. can be added as required.
UNITARY BASE
The system can be assembled and shipped on a base plate.
