Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited |
Project Highlights : Design, Manufacture and Supply of 316L (Mo - 2.5% min.)Clad Pipe Spools consisting. Carbon Steel Pipe Spools (Material : A516 Gr 70 + 316L) of size ranging from 10"NB to 28"NB and Alloy Steel Pipe Spools (Material : A387 Gr.11 Cl.2 + 316L) of 24"NB size. Spools consisted of fittings and weld overlay of flanges in respective cladding compositions. Consisted of single side full penetration butt welds, 100% radiography of weld seams, ultrasonic testing, PWHT and hydrotesting of pipe spools.

Oxygen Feed Mixer |
Crystal has been regularly carrying out 'U' Stamp Jobs for our Clients. One of the prestigious jobs was fabrication of Oxygen Feed Mixer (EOEG-MOC-T-09/335)for EOEG Plant of Reliance Industries Limited, Nagothane, Maharashtra, India. Criticality was from maintaining desired cleanliness after fabrication and testing, which itself required special cleaning procedure for O2 Environment. The mixer has been successfully commissioned.

Development of Flange Guard & Protective Seal |
Crystal has successfully developed Flange Guards and Protective Seals for Refinery Application. Flange Guards are required in Refineries to prevent leakages from bolted flange connections in case of an Accidental Fire. Due to fire, and subsequent heat, the bolted flange connections may fail. To prevent this from happening the flange guard ensures that the temperature of flanges does not rise beyond 100 deg. C for 1/2 hr. State-of-the-art AquaSBR Waste Water Treatment Plant at Pfizer, Navi Mumbai |
Crystal has just commissioned a new effluent treatment plant for Pfizer at Navi Mumbai. The plant produces excellent quality of water where the influents are varying quality of organic chemicals along with sewage. The plant also responded well to the storm water conditions by advancing the cycles automatically. Crystal is proud to be associated with Pfizer in the operation and maintenance of the ETP. World class company installs a world class Waste Water Treatment Plant. |

- Pipe Sizes : from 10"NB to 60"NB
- 100% radiography of weld seam, ultrasonic testing pipes, hydrotest of pipe spools
- Welding : Butt welding of pipe spools, overlay of 410S/316L on flanges and other components, dissimilar material welding between clad 410S/316L to 410S/316L.

Crystal has achieved yet another milestone in its endeavour to be one of the leading companies in the fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns and similar pressure retaining items.
Crystal has been awarded the Certificate of Authorization from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for Code Symbol 'U' for the manufacture of Pressure Vessels at our Taloja Works and Field Sites controlled by Taloja Works.
